The item is in excellent, gently used condition. It was tested with a 9V battery in the transmitter and a universal power supply set at 9.6V connected to the battery plug with alligator clips and it works as intended. In terms of flaws, it does not have a battery (though sourcing a compatible one should be easy). Additionally, the transmitter's antenna likely needs to be replaced since it snapped at some point in its lifetime. Message me with any questions!
