Welcome to English Garden Labyrinth, a soft and sculptural wool labyrinth inspired by lush hedges and English gardens. Each path is built over a rope base for structure, and then covered in rich green wool, leading to a bright pink felt flower in the center—the final destination.
This piece is made using both wet felting (layering, soaking, and rolling wool until it becomes one strong fabric) and needle felting (sculpting fine details with repeated pokes of a special needle). It’s hands-on, slightly wild, and definitely a workout—but the results are worth every minute.
Designed from my own blueprint, and lovingly created over 3 days, it brings a bit of whimsical wonder to any wall. Hassle-free, no framing needed. Art piece has loops on the back, designed to hold a slim wooden stick or dowel for easy hanging. Just slip it through, hang it up, and enjoy. Wooden stick and drywall nails are included.
