Used once, however it came defective and never had the opportunity to return back to the store due to the distance from the store. One of the metal rivets on the strap CAN POSSIBLY pop out when you try to insert or take out the buckle prong to adjust strap. It can be put back on, but cannot guarantee that it will stay, however, it is very unnoticeable and does not come out easily. No other issues with the handbag. Pic posted of the defect.
