Four our North & South we collaborated with award-winning oil producers La Maja. This is our own blend of two classic Spanish oil styles. From the North we chose a creamy mellow Arbequina which we combine with a dose of vibrant southern flavor by adding rich Picual. This Great Taste Award winner is an excellent house olive oil. Both flavored enough for cooking and harmonious with salads and sauces.
